Rare pair of 19th Century gilt and patinated bronze Grand Tour, Neo Pompeian oil lamps, depicting cranes with serpents perched on naturalistic tree stumps standing on tri legs with rams heads and hoof feet. The patinated oil wells have horse head handles. After the antique inspired by Roman originals. Italy, circa 1870.
