Grand Tour Pair of Bronzes of Hadrian and Marcus Aurelius

Classic 19th Century Grand Tour cabinet bronze pairing of two of the most famous Roman Emperors, Hadrian and Marcus Aurelius. Rare and well presented, finely cast with great detail, on patinated bronze socles and Breccia del Testaccio and black marble column bases. Italy, probably Rome, circa 1880.
